Lacasse, Rejane (Jean) of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Friday, March 4, 2016 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Ted LaForge(2008). Loving mother of Jack Lacasse and wife Hilda(2012) of Aylmer, Claire Labonte and partner Edward Sahagian of St. Thomas, Nicole Chartrand and husband Charlie(2010) of Timmins, Guy Lacasse and wife Roseann of St. Thomas. Also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Born in Saint Leon de Standon, Quebec on October 1, 1931, daughter of the late Adolphe and Eva Audet. Jean came to Port Burwell area in 1966. She worked at McConnell’s Nursery and Imperial Tobacco. Jean loved to cook and entertain family and friends. The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 11:00 am. with visitation one hour prior. Cremation has taken place. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
