Davis, Russell Philip à peacefully at his residence on Saturday, September 21st, 2013 in his 82nd year. Son of the late Allan and Ethel Davis. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Davis. Loving father of Debbie Pope (Gerry) of Belleville, Dixie Locke (late Brian) of Stirling, Dennis Davis (Julie) of Maple Ridge B.C., Donald Davis (Diane) of Campbell River B.C., and Darryl Davis (Sharon) of Mission B.C. Dear grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Brother of Fern Root of Wellington. Remembered by several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service celebrating Russell’s life will be held at the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West (613-968-2273) on Saturday September 28th, 2013 at 1.00 p.m. with visitation from 12 noon until time of service. Following the service a reception will be held at the Steele Family Centre adjacent to the funeral home. A family interment of ashes will follow at Stockdale Cemetery.
