After a courageous battle, Patricia passed away on Tuesday, June 20 2017 at BramptonCivic Hospital at the age of 74. Beloved wife of the late David of 52 years. Loving mother to James (Jody), Catherine, Kelly (Jeff). Cherished Nana to Braeden, Landen, and Nicole. Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 from 11-1pm. Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 1pm. Donations may be made in honour of Patricia to Erin Oak Kids Center for Treatment & Development-Brampton.
