entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Friday September 26, 2014. Jack Wesley Lewis Hayes of Brockville (formerly of Athens) age 74 years. Beloved husband of Lila (McMullen) Deir Hayes and the late Betty-Ann (Keetch) Hayes. Loving dad of Randy Hayes (Irene) of Amherstview, Kristy Latimer (Ken) of Athens and Kerry White (Travis) of Mallorytown. Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Jack is also survived by his sister Janet Hurlbert (Ray) of Brockville and his aunt Miriam Hayes of St. Lawrence Lodge as well as several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. the Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Church on Thursday October 2, 2014 at 2 p.m. Interment will take place at Athens Cemetery at a later date. In memory of Jack, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
Raising Sun Masonic Lodge #85 AF & AM will hold a Memorial Service Wednesday evening at 6:45 in the Funeral Home, all sister Lodges are invited to attend.
