Passed away peacefully at Alexander Place, Waterdown on Thursday, July 7, 2016 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of Bill Norton for 67 wonderful years. Loving mother of the late Jeffrey Norton (2001) and Laura Burke (Kevin Robins) of Hamilton. Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Kimberly (Sam), Scott (Liz) and Lisa (Mike). Will be missed by her brother George Hooker. Predeceased by her brothers William and Donald Hooker. She will be dearly missed by all her family members and friends. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, July 11, 2016 from 12 noon until the time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Funeral Home. If desired, as an expression of sympathy donations may be made in memory of Lettie to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
