Embraced by the love of her mother Maria, father Manuel, sister Cristina, nephews Dominic and Nicholas; leaving behind many aunts, uncles and cousins, Anita left us on Wednesday April 20, 2016 at the age of 37. Anita’s life was full of challenges but also love and joy. She will continue to be an inspiration. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Dr. Ingram for your 20 years of compassion and to all those at St. Joseph’s and the Brantford General Hospital Dialysis Unit for your years of care. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St. N., Cambridge, where the family and friends will be received on Sunday, April 24, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. Parish prayers will be recited at 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, 185 Elgin Street South, Cambridge on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 10am. Interment will follow at Mount View Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Kidney Foundation of Canada – Ontario Division or Cambridge Stroke Recovery Association.
