Couto, Maria ⦠passed away peacefully on February 9, 2016 at the age of 96. Loving wife of the late Antonio Couto (1993). Cherished mother of Maria Rego (Humberto), Bernadette Medeiros (Antonio), Jose Couto (Anna), Manuel Couto (Elaine) and Trinity Martino (Frank). Beloved grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Maria Jose, Antonio Resendes (Conceicà£o), the late Manuel Resendes (Conceicà£o), Jose Resendes (Conceicà£o), the late Carlos Resendes (Conceicà£o) and Joà£o Resendes (Dorvalina). She will also be missed by her extended family and many friends. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St. N. Cambridge where the family will receive friends on Friday February 12, 2016 from 2-9 pm. Rosary will be recited in the funeral home chapel on Friday evening at 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 185 Elgin St. S. Cambridge on Saturday February 13, 2016 at 11 am. Interment will follow at Mount View Cemetery.
