Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Riverbend Place, Cambridge in his 96th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Alice in 2015. Loving father of Janice (Ron), Martin (Mary). Cherished grandfather to Jennifer, Andrew, Lynsey (Steve) and Tyler, also great-grandfather to Merridian, Brayden, Kalen and Aubrey Alice. Will be sadly missed by his sister Rosemarie Hutton of England. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff of Riverbend Place for their care and compassion to our father during his stay. The family will welcome family and friends at St. James Anglican Church, 520 Ellis Road, Cambridge, on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 1 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery, Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. James Anglican Church.
