James (Jim) David Copeland of Desboro, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Monday, March 24, 2014 in his 70th year.
Beloved husband of the late Lois Albright (2013). Loving father of Christina Cunningham of Annan, David (Mellinda) of R.R. #1 Bognor and Keith (Holly) of R.R. #1 Williamsford. Cherished grandfather of Clorissa (Justin), Rebecca, Alex, Bryce, Olivia, Travis, Tanner and Tyson. Jim will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Judy Copeland of Barrie and Lois’ family, Elaine Golem of R.R. #1 Desboro, Irene (Wes) Fenton of R.R. #1 Desboro, Joyce (Howard) Hodgson of Chesley, Sharon (Ted) Fritsch of R.R. #1 Chesley, Ronnie Albright of R.R. #1 Desboro, Randy (Lisa) Albright of R.R. #1 Chesley, sister-in-law Gloria Albright of R.R. #4 Chesley and their families. He was predeceased by his brothers Ken and Bob, sister Shirley Speisz and his parents, Nelson and Marjorie (Jamieson) Copeland.
Visitation will be held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service celebrating Jim’s life will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Sullivan Township on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 2 p.m. Interment in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, Sullivan.
Memorial donations to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Canadian Kidney Foundation or the Chesley Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
