Lewis Wilfred Wesley Hemstock of R.R. #1 Dobbinton, passed away surrounded by his loving family at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Sunday, March 30, 2014 in his 86th year.
Beloved husband of the former Yvonne (Bonnie) Ironmonger. Loving father of Lois (Rick) Gilder of Chesley, Carol Sprung (Jim Hellyer) of Wiarton, Julie (Joe) McCully of Paisley, John (Judy) of R.R. #2 Tara and Philip (Michelle) of R.R. #1 Dobbinton. He was a cherished grandfather to his fourteen grand and fifteen great-grandchildren. Lewis will be sadly missed by his brothers Bill (Lilajean) of Alberta, Henry (Mildred) of Port Elgin and Philip (Effie) of Wasaga Beach. He was predeceased by his sister Colleen Neil and his parents Wesley and Grace (Mollet) Hemstock.
A memorial reception celebrating Lewis’ life will be held at the Klages Mill, 11 à 1st Ave. N., Chesley on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 2 à 5 p.m.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Bruce Peninsula Sportsmen’s Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
