(Retired Chief Social Worker at the Clarke Institute of Psychiatry, Toronto)Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Saturday February 15th, 2014 in her 89th year. Barbara will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and her extended family and friends in England and Canada. A memorial service will be held in St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Cobourg on Thursday February 20th, 2014 at 12:30 am., with visiting one hour prior to the service.
