Avis de décès de Jane Margaret GLENN,
Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Hospital on Tuesday December 30, 2014 at the age of 63. Beloved mother of Jennifer Ito (Rich Lee) and Andrea Leich (David). Loving Grammy to Owen, Henry and Charlotte. Jane is predeceased by her father Ray Glenn and is survived by her mother, Ethel Glenn, her sister Alison Blodgett and her brothers William Glenn (Helen) and Gordon Glenn along with their families. An avid gardener, wonderful cook and lifelong reader, Jane enjoyed her most recent position at the Cobourg Northumberland Chamber of Commerce for all the community connections she made. Finally diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s mid 2013, her decline was rapid. Alzheimer’s stole much, but her family’s unending love and memories will never be lost. Thanks to Dr. Simon, Dr. Moorsom, Dr. Brooks, Dr. Osbourne and the staff of Memory Lane at Seasons Retirement Home for their care of Jane. Thanks also to Dr. Verhoff at Baycrest Health Services for his help in diagnosing this horrible disease. Service to be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg, on Sunday January 11th, 2015 at 2pm. Interment will be at a later date at Union Cemetery.
