Peacefully at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville on Saturday October 26, 2013. Beryl Adrain of Elgin, in her 99th year. Widow of Wintford Welch and Gordon Gray. Dear mother of Cecil (Audrey) Welch of Seeley’s Bay, Joan Ferguson of Kingston, Arden (Beverly) Welch of Elgin, Phyllis (Gene) Faivre of Elmira Heights, New York. Predeceased by son, Arnold Welch as well as sister, Edna Welch and brothers, Donald, Delbert and Allan Adrain. Fondly remembered by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the SCOTLAND FUNERAL HOME, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in Our Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment Halladay Cemetery, Elgin. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to Elgin United Church or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
