Suddenly at Kingston General Hospital on Friday June 14, 2013. Mac Davison of Elgin, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Betty Trotter. Dear father of Carol (Jim) Olson of Oshawa, Gayle (John) Turcotte of Smiths Falls, Jim (Jennifer) Davison of Westerose, Alberta, Guy (Cathy) Davison of Westport, Jill Ready (John Bell) of Elgin and Pat (Tom) Morell of Rideau Ferry. Brother of Margaret McNally of Aurora. Predeceased by his parents, Mabel and Hilyerd Davison as well as his brother, Howard Davison. Fondly remembered by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the SCOTLAND FUNERAL HOME, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9. Memorial Service in Our Chapel on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Elgin United Church Memorial Fund, The Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
