Peart, E. Jean – Of Goderich, passed away peacefully at Maitland Manor with family at her bedside in her 101st year. Predeceased by her husband Milton (1975). Cherished Mother of Beverley (Doug) Zoethout, Murray (Ellen) Peart, Patricia (Phil) Hook and David (Linda) Peart. Loving Grandmother to 9 and Great Grandmother to 16. Dear Sister to John (Betty) Wingrove and Mary (Ralph) Zuidervliet. Predeceased by her sisters Grace and Ruth and brothers Ron and Allan. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. After her retirement, she enjoyed quilting with her Goderich Quilting Guild and Lakeshore United Church Sew N’ Sews. Jean was also a dedicated volunteer quilter at the Huron County Museum for many years and life member at United Church Women and the Goderich and District Horticultural Society. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations made to the Lakeshore United Church or to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
