It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Americo at home, at the age of 60. Love of his life and best friend of wife Cidalia (Cindy). Devoted father of Billy (Jen Close), Ricky (Bree), Keith (Roseann Paparo) and sadly missed by the loves of his life, his grandchildren, Sierra, Ethan, Issac, Kaden, Faye, Jackson, baby Da Rosa on the way and his pet companion Bella. Dear son of the late Americo and Julia Da Rosa, and son-in-law of Maria and the late Manuel Rebelo. Dear brother of Manuel, Joe, Delfine, Albert, Alice, Cidalia, Maria, and predeceased by Carlos, Mike and Julie. Americo will be sadly missed by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Americo was the proud owner of Da Rosa Landscaping and Fence. Resting at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East, on Sunday April 12, from 2-5 and 6-9 p.m. Prayer Service at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service to take place at Carisma Pentecostal Church, 280 Main St. E, Hamilton, on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Juravinski Hospital and VON nurses, for all their care and compassion.
