Avis de décès de Mina FORMAN
Surrounded by family, at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 8, 2013, Mrs. Agnes Mina (McMillan) Forman of Listowel, in her 92nd year. Wife of the late Harry Forman. She will be remembered by her sister-in-law Isabel McMillan of Listowel, and by her many nieces and nephews.
Mina was predeceased by her sister Marie Ledgley, and by her brothers John, Bruce, and Blake McMillan.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Monday, November 11th from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m.
Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
