It is with great sadness that Leila’s family announces her passing on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Eventide Home with Bonnie and Jamie at her side, at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Grant Hill, the late James McCaig and the late Doug Austin. Loving mother of Bonnie Gibbons (Tim), Jamie McCaig (Shirley) and the late Martha (Mickey) McCaig. Cherished grandmother of Brian, Heather and Crystal (Jay). Predeceased by her sisters, Bunny Parker, Dolly Nolan and Lorna Reid. Thank you to Major Renee Clarke and all the 1st Floor staff of Eventide for their support and kindness. Cremation has taken place and a family service will be held at a later date.
