After a lengthy illness, Derek passed away at the age of 78. Predeceased by his beautiful wife Karen (nee Robertson) (1981). Dear Father of Dan (Lara) and Kelly Watson (Allan). Very Proud grandfather of Riley (Dan) and Carling, Isabelle and Jenna (Kelly). Dear brother of Cherrill Boyer (Chuck). In lieu of flowers, Contributions may be made to the Ontario Lung Association, Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
