Peacefully after a lengthy illness at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Wednesday September 12, 2018 at the age of 83. Russ will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Nancey and his children Stephen (Bonnie), Barry and Jeffrey (Amanda). Russ will be remembered fondly by his daughter-in-law Tammy, his six grandchildren Micheal, Colton, Brianna, Autumn Rose, Abigail and Grace, and his brothers and sisters-in-law Barb, Audrey, Dave (Agi), Ed (Janice), Ron (Carrie), and Judy (Danny). Russell was predeceased by his son Gary, and his brothers Ken and Wallace. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at the Torrance Funeral Home on Saturday September 15, 2018 from 3 pm à 5 pm for a Memorial Visitation. A Celebration of Russ’ life will take place on Saturday September 22, 2018 from 1 pm à 4 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall (2400 Industrial St. Burlington, ON.)
