At home on January 22, 2015, WILLIAM ALAN DEAKIN, age 60 of Sarnia passed away peacefully. Much loved husband of Gail Deakin (nee Stewart) and cherished father of Christopher Deakin of Calgary and Albert Deakin of Toronto. Survived by his sister Donna Stewart and her husband Gary of Sherwood Park, Alberta and their children; Stephen (Morgan), Cheryl (Justin) and their daughter Willow, Kristina (Trevor). Family and friends will be received at the D.J. Robb Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Thursday, January 29, 2015, between the hours of 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Cremation will follow. Memorial gifts in memory of Bill to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
