MARJORIE FERGUSSON (SAUVE)
Tuesday, 01 December 1925 – Wednesday, 24 January 2018

Peacefully at Bluewater Health on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, Marjorie Eleanor Phyllis Fergusson (Sauve) passed away at the age of 92. Lovingly called ( NANNY) by most who knew her. Survived by her wonderful husband John (Jack) Fergusson. Predeceased by her first love and soulmate, husband Len Sauve (1990). She will be greatly missed by her daughters Val (John) Monger, Pam (Brian) Waring, Nancy Brown, JoAnne (Kevin) McAlpine and by her son Ray (Isabel) Sauve of France. Greatly missed by her cherished grandchildren Kim Quackenbush (Don), Shawn Kingdon (Brigitte), Amy Robson (Derek), Brett Waring (Bri), Corey Brown (Kim), Jeremy Brown (Samantha), Sarah Brown, Kara Leigh (Rob). Katie Giles (Dave), Kassy Palmer (Brandon), Kipp Mcalpine, Philip Sauve (Jo), and Adam Sauve (Clare). Also survived by 17 great-grandchildren. Nanny was very loved by her stepchildren Ruth Dunn (Rob), Janet Sneddon (Larry), and Paula Beach (Paul), Jim Fergusson (Cathie), and her loving step-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother Ted Smith and son-in-law Richard Ward. Marjorie came to Canada as a British war bride. She worked many years at Sears in the bedding and linen department. Cremation has taken place. An open house to celebrate Marjorie’s life will be held at the SMITH FAMILY CENTRE (in front of Smith Funeral Home), 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Friday, January 26, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Sarnia & District Humane Society (cheques only at the funeral home please).

Visitation
An open house to celebrate Marjorie’s life will be held at the SMITH FAMILY CENTRE (in front of Smith Funeral Home), 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Friday, January 26, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
