Passed away peacefully on Sunday January 19, 2014 at Hospice Simcoe with his family at his side at the age of 45. Ray of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband and best friend of Tina. Loving father of Breanna, Zachary and Natasha. Dear brother of Carole (Dan Brousseau), Claude and Alain (Johanne). Loving son of Roger and Denise Hacquard and son-in-law of Alexis Waldriff (Bob) and the late Allan Shortt (Debra). Dear brother-in-law of Todd Shortt (Tarian), Kim (Chris Cathers) and Erin (Derrick Desilets). Cherished uncle of Ajay, Kayla, Paige, Chloe, Jenna, Noah, Jaxon, Aidan and Jada. Ray was a much loved and respected man in his community. He will be missed by all those whose life he touched. Friends are invited to join the family for a Memorial Service to celebrate his life at the Clearview Community Church, 1070 County Road 42, Stayner on Wednesday January 22, 2014 at 1 o’clock.
