Passed away peacefully at his home, with family by his side on Friday December 11, 2015 at the age of 64. Ron of Stayner, beloved husband of Kit (nee Stoutenburg). Loving father of John (Kim) and Glenn (Shannon). Cherished grandfather of Nathan, Gray and one soon to arrive. Son of Bill and the late Betty Patterson. Brother of Dave, Donna (Bill Harrison), Ted (Elaine), Martha and the late Michael (Rhonda). Ron will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday December 13, 2015. Funeral Service will be held at Clearview Community Church, 1070 County Road 42, Stayner on Monday December 14, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment Ebenezer Cemetery. If desired, donations in Ron’s memory may be made to Stayner Minor Hockey, Canadian Cancer Society or a Charity of your choice.
