Passed away peacefully at Clarion Nursing Home on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at the age of 85. Beloved husband and soul mate of Wilma for 48 years. Loving dad and best friend of Michael (Wendy). Dearly missed by grandchildren Darryl, Michelle O’Grady (Ryan), Jennifer Livingston (Drew) and great-granddaughter Madelyn O’Grady. Lovingly missed by sister Myrtle Lazzara (the late Joe), nieces and nephews Sandy Greer, and Frank and Colleen Lazzara. Brother-in-law of Mary and Jim McBride. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Clarion Nursing Home for the wonderful care and kindess they gave to Jack. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to follow in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
