Surrounded by the love of family. Mary passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Idlewyld Manor. Mary was born on October 13, 1922. Treasured and loving mother to Rosemary & husband Robert Aloisio. Cherished special grandma to Liam & wife Katie. Mary will be joining the love of her life Frank and her seven siblings. Loving Aunt & Great Aunt to the Purdon and Scott Families. Special Aunty to Linda Lou & Joe Seroski, great Aunt to Joey, Stephanie, Caleb, Lana, Alicia & Jay Brenzil and Stephen. For everyone who experienced Mary, they will never forget her sparkling blue eyes, smile and laughter. She lived a full and happy life. Mary was an avid sports fan and cheered on her local Hamilton teams. Mary’s talents include knitting the most beautiful baby sweaters and baking unforgettable Apple Pie and Chocolate Birthday Cake. Mary was very involved in her church well into her 80’s and will missed by all who knew her. The family wishes to extend their thanks to all the staff at Idlewyld Manor for their loving care of Mom. We also want to thank the VON Adult Day Program Staff for the love and support Mom received during her time there. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, Highway #8 (east of Millen Road), STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Thursday, February 18, 2016, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Mary’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Idlewyld Manor or V.O.N. Hamilton would be appreciated
