Rosalia Abrenica De Ramos, age 57, of Stratford and formerly of Balete, Philippines, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Stratford General Hospital. Born in Balete, Philippines, daughter of Leonida (Barairo) Abrenica and the late Felizardo Abrenica. Survived by her best friend and true love Librato De Ramos of 31years. Proud and loving mother of Glen De Ramos (Jamie). Rosalia is survived by her siblings; Resty(Lina), Helen (Ding), Nene (Pete), Susan (Benjie), Celso (Penny), Boy (Melyn), Baby (Lito), Manuel (Doyette), Elmor (Donita) and Bonna (Bryan), Rosalia will be fondly remembered by the De Ramos-in-laws, her god daughter Dominica (Ricky) and her many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11:00a.m., at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church 96 Huron Street, Stratford. Father David Butler will officiate. Rosalia’s body will be laid to rest in Avondale Cemetery (Stratford) following the Mass.
