Peacefully, with her family by her side, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday, December 4th, 2015, Helen Marie Gillan passed away in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband the late John Gillan. Helen is survived and deeply missed by her son Steven Gillan and her four grandchildren Angela Gillan, Adam Gillan, Rachael Jenner, and Ian Jenner. Forever remembered by her great grandchildren Schuyler, Gavin, C’elise, Cylus, Cienna, and Jakob. Helen is also survived by her sister Eva and several nieces and nephews. Helen was wholly devoted to her family and the well being of others. She leaves behind a legacy of memories that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. In keeping with Helen’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Graveside Committal Service will be held at Strathroy Cemetery on Thursday, December 10th, 2015 at 3pm. Donations in Helen’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to DENNING’s OF STRATHROY.
