Celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends on Sunday, March 27th, 2016. Much loved wife of George (1985). Life-long companion of her sister, Vi Lucas; mother to Eric/Maxie (Lynda) and Gail (Ron); grandmother to Kelly (Meron), Kathleen (Blaine) and Ryan (Leeann); great grandmother to 10; sister to brothers Vernon and Keith. Sarah (Sadie) was born in Burin, Newfoundland in 1916 to Elizabeth and Alexander Woolridge. Sarah passed away at the Scarborough Hospital on May 13, 2016.
Visitation for family and friends on Sunday May 15, 2016 from 1:00 à 5:00PM at the Highland Funeral Home à Scarborough Chapel, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East (at Warden), 416-773-0933. Funeral Service Monday May 16, 11:00AM at the Funeral Home, followed by a Reception.
