Suddenly at the Cornwall Community Hospital, on Friday September 6,2013 Jessie Cooper of Vankleek Hill, Ontario passed away at the age of 83. Predeceased by her husband John Lawford Chandler. Loving mother of Donald Milley (Gertie), Derek Ryan (Ruby), Hughie Chandler (Heidi Jock), Mary Chandler, Nancy Smith (Perry) and Kimberley Kelly (Soren Nielsen). Dearly loved grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother Harvey Cooper. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill, Ontario on Wednesday September 11,2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday September 12,2013 at the Hillcrest Funeral Home at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Vankleek Hill.
