Passed away with family by his side on Sunday September 4, 2016 at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood in his 89th year. Albert of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Myrna (nee Gulley) for almost 66 years. Loving father of Douglas (Doug) Thomas Booth (deceased) and Lucinda (Cindy) Lee Booth-Ford (Dave Ford). Grandfather of Jonathan Cody Ford (Kelly Helsdon), Allison Jenna Ford, Alanna Nicole Booth (Logan Paupst), Caylyn Elyse Booth, Ayslynn Cassandra Booth, Alyssa Janelle Booth and Shanna Leigh Booth. Albert will be missed by many nieces and nephews, friends and neighbours. The family wishes to sincerely thank Dr. Lane, Dr. Goode and the nursing staff at the hospital and all the caring staff at Stayner Care Centre. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 1, 2016 at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel at 1 o’clock. Reception to follow.
