Passed away peacefully on February 28, 2016 at 89 years of age surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Anna with whom he celebrated 56 years of marriage. Loving father to Maria (John Di Biase) and Roberta. Loving Nonno to Catherine, Natalie and Christopher. Son of the late Attilio and Ida. Brother of Gildo (Italy), the late Augusto (Italy), and Italo (Ermina) Gabriele. Will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, and many good friends in Windsor and Italy. Guido was creative, artistic and enjoyed his wine making. He and his brother Italo owned and operated Gabriele Brothers Inc. in Windsor for 40 years. He was an active member of the Ciociaro Club. He will be missed dearly by all. A sincere thankyou to the entire staff at Brouillette Manor for their compassion and care the last four years. Visiting Thursday March 3, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Service on Friday March 4, 2016 at 8:45 a.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall, (519-969-5841) then proceeding to St. Angela Merici Church for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
