Passed away peacefully on October 2, 2015 at WRH-Met Campus at the age of 61. Loving husband of Bonnie, devoted Dad of Matthew, Charlotte (Drew), Emily (Shae) and proud Papa of David. Welcoming him in Heaven are his parents Mary and David Clinansmith and in-laws Arlene and Ernie MacGregor. Pat loved his siblings Sue (John), Barb (Richard), Bill (Adrienne), Jary, Cis (Ed), Mike, Jill (Dave), Steve (Frannie), Mary Anne (Frank) and Kathy very much. Pat was a Chrysler worker for 40+ years and a proud Union Member. He had a love of baseball, GO TIGERS, and was an Umpire in the city of Windsor for over 30 years. Along with his brothers, he was also a devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Bonnie would like to thank the devoted healthcare providers of the 4th Floor, Oncology at WRH-Met Campus for their extraordinary care for Pat during his final stay. Donations to the research for Pancreatic/Liver Cancer Foundations would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Monday from 7-9 p.m., Tuesday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday 10 a.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 with Rev.
