Peacefully on March 29, 2014 at 91 years of age. Cherished wife of the late Rudolph. Loving mother of Raymond and wife Helen Gabrieau, Wendy and husband Bob Homolka. Beloved grandmother of Stephen and wife Christine Homolka, Michael and wife Dawn Homolka, Tina and husband Travis Renaud and Scott and wife Hajer Gabrieau, and her great-grandchildren Emily, Julia, Cody Renaud, Megan Homolka and Noah and Nia Gabrieau. Dear sister of Denis and wife Clara Dupuis, Leonard and wife Laraine Dupuis. Predeceased by siblings Mary Louise Odette, Dorothy and husband Vince Weber, Carrie and husband Frank, and Ernest and wife Viny Dupuis. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Rita formerly worked in the Produce Department at N& D Supermarket on Grand Marais Road. If you so desire, memorial donations to the Dr. Y. Emara Complex Care Continuing Care Centre would be appreciated by the family. Special thank you to Dr. Sheehan and the 3rd South wing at Malden Park for the excellent care.
