Sadly the family announces Frank’s passing at 91 years of age at Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus on March 10, 2016. Beloved husband of Cynthia for over 70 years, loving father of Leslie (Joe), John (Kelly) and Graham (deceased)(Eda) and cherished grandfather of Lara and Eric (Deceased). Loving brother of Francis Mosey (twin) and Valerie MacMillan. He will be remembered as a generous and warm man by his friends and relatives. If so desired donations to the Windsor Regional Hospital and the Windsor Mission can be made in Frank’s honour. A private family interment was held at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
