It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved George on August 15, 2015 at Hospice Residential at the age of 69 years. Reunited with his wife Linda (1997). Cherished father of Ashley Lynn Berressford Walker and predeceased by his son Peter Berressford Walker (1987). George lovingly dedicated his life to The Windsor Regiment Family, and most recently, it’s Association as well as The Commissionaires. East on Wednesday August 19, 2015 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 4:30 p.m. and a Service under the Auspices of the Windsor Veteran’s Memorial Service Committee will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Peace Lutheran Church (14985 Rossini Blvd) on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
