God called Oreste peacefully on Sunday January 8, 2017 at the age of 86. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Rita. Cherished by his dear children, Carmela (Joe Buscema), Anna (Iraq Ally), Giovanni (Julie) and Silvia (Peter Persechini). Proud Nonno to Chantel (Rob Fiacco), Joseph, Ariana, Lino, Julian, Lucas, Gianluca and Cristina. Loving brother to 10 siblings. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Wednesday January 11, 2017 6-9 p.m., and Thursday January 12, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m., and The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday January 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church (2100 Jane St.. south of Wilson Ave.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7).
